Department of Vascular and Endovascular Surgery
Vascular surgery is an independent department within the surgical clinic and is operated in cooperation with the center for vascular and endovascular surgery of the J. W. Goethe University Hospital under the concurrent direction of Univ.-Prof. Dr. med. Th. Schmitz-Rixen. This cooperation is made possible by the Frankfurter Klinikallianz. As in the University Hospital, the department operates interdisciplinarily with the departments of Internal Medicine, Surgery and Radiology.
